Yes, we are currently accepting new private adult patients. We would be delighted to welcome you to our practice. However, please note that we are unfortunately unable to accept any new NHS children at this time, though we continue to see existing child patients up to the age of 18 who are in full-time education.

Please call our friendly reception team on 01473 252400 or visit the practice in person to arrange your appointment. If the lines are busy, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as a member of staff becomes available.

Our opening hours are:

• Monday to Wednesday from 9:00am to 5:30pm
• Thursdays from 9:00am until 8:00pm for patients requiring later appointments
• Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm

We are closed on weekends but do have an emergency rota in place.

If you have an urgent emergency during office hours, please call us immediately on 01473 252400 and we will try our utmost to see you on the same day. For emergencies out of hours, at weekends, or on bank holidays, please telephone the practice and listen to the answerphone message, which will provide instructions on how to contact the on-call dentist.

Yes, we have a small car park at the rear of the building, accessed from Westerfield Road, which is available for patients. However, as it can get busy, we recommend using the surrounding street parking if you want to avoid being blocked in. There is permit parking in the immediate residential area, but non-permit parking is available on Westerfield Road (roughly 500 yards away) or on Gainsborough Road (a 5-minute walk).

Yes, we provide full disabled access to ensure all our patients can visit us comfortably. If you have specific mobility requirements or need extra assistance on arrival, please simply let our reception team know when booking your appointment.

We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, but we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment. Please be aware that missed appointments result in wasted surgery time; therefore, a fee of £30 is charged for missed examination or hygienist appointments, and £75 for missed treatment appointments.

We accept all forms of credit and debit cards, as well as cash and cheques. For fee-per-item private patients, payment is due at the end of each appointment. If your treatment involves significant laboratory fees, we may ask for part-payment in advance.

Yes, we offer Denplan (Denplan Care and Denplan Essentials), which allows you to spread the cost of your routine dental care with predictable monthly payments. Denplan Care covers restorative treatment and check-ups, while Denplan Essentials covers your foundation care (check-ups, x-rays, and hygienist visits). Both plans include worldwide dental injury and emergency cover.
